Triad Career Connect

Piedmont Triad Regional Workforce Development Board created Triad Career Connect as a bridge between talent needs of employers and career exposure needs of youth. The course curriculum was developed by regional employers, community colleges and school systems and provides a pathway to a career through both education and work experience opportunities.

Triad Career Connect earned national recognition winning a 2021 National Association of Development Organizations (NADO) Aliceann Wohlbruck Impact Award.
