  NextGen Youth Program   

NextGen YOUTH PROGRAM (ages 16-24)

The NextGen Youth Program serves youth ages 16-24 in Alamance, Caswell, Davidson, Davie, Forsyth, Randolph, Rockingham, Stokes, Surry, and Yadkin Counties. The program aims to provide a structure and sense of accomplishment in the lives of youth served. It is comprised of two main components: education and employment. Completion of a secondary educational program is the first and foremost goal. UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS

IMPORTANTNCWorks Career Centers are not actually “unemployment offices,” and do not process Unemployment Insurance claims. We do help unemployed jobseekers to find new jobs. Currently, you do not need to visit a Career Center to file an unemployment insurance claim.
