Project Re-entry's mission is to improve the reintegration of former offenders, reduce criminal justice costs, and increase public safety.   Services are provided both inside NC prisons and in the community by Criminal Justice Department staff and in collaboration with our community partner:  Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina
