If you participate in a survey, send us an e-mail, or submit an online form, your e-mail address and the other information you volunteered will be collected. We may forward your email to the PTRC employee who can best answer your questions. If you wish, you may contact us instead via telephone at the numbers provided at various locations on our sites. The PTRC is governed by North Carolina Public Records Laws.
