Piedmont Triad Regional Council Chair Darrell Frye has called a special meeting of the PTRC Board of Delegates via email for January 28, 2013. Special meetings may be called by the Chair under the provisions of the PTRC Bylaws when important issues must be discussed and decided upon prior to the next scheduled meeting of the Board.
The meeting of January 28, 2013, is being necessitated by the Local Government Commission’s deadline for application regarding the building project for the consolidated PTRC offices to be located in Kernersville. Approval of items via electronic means for this application process was discussed at the December 19, 2012, meeting.
Specific agenda items requiring your attention during this meeting are as follows:
- Consideration of the December 19, 2012, PTRC Board of Delegates’ minutes
- Consideration of loan terms from BB&T
- Consideration of Resolution approving financing terms
- Consideration of bid from the Arden Group to purchase Carrollton site and construct new building at site
The meeting is being set for January 28, 2013.
