The PTRC Executive Committee is composed of twenty eight delegates; one delegate from each member county and a delegate from one member municipality in each county. The cities of Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, and Burlington (municipalities of 50,000 plus people) automatically hold a seat on the PTRC executive committee. 

The purpose of the teleconference caucuses on January 30th is to select the municipal delegate from each of the 12 counties in the region that will represent each county on the Executive Committee.  The municipal members of the PTRC Executive Committee are chosen annually by each member municipality in each county. 

The teleconference meetings will be as follows:

Alamance - 9:00 am
Davidson - 9:30 am
Davie - 10:00 an
Forsyth - 10:30 am
Guilford - 11:00 am
Montgomery - 11:30 am
Randolph - 1:00 am
Rockingham - 1:30 pm
Stokes - 2:00 pm
Surry - 2:30 pm
Yadkin - 3:00 pm
