Attention all regional County, City, and Town Managers.  The  Spring PTRC Manager’s meeting will be held on Thursday, March 28^th at the Botanical Gardens in Kernersville. This is your chance to chat with other managers throughout the region about upcoming budget issues and financial expectations for the 2013-14 fiscal year. 

This meeting will consist of two sessions.  There will be one for the County Program and one for the Municipal Program.  Municipal members are welcome to sit in on the County portion and County Managers are welcome for the Municipal section.  The discussion will consist of the following:

 County Program (10:30AM to 1:00PM)

• Facilitated budget discussion
• Data collected on county budget trends and assumptions will be shared 

Lunch for all attendees (12:00 Noon to 1:00PM)

• Results of survey will be shared
• Discussion on Regional Water Resources Issues

Municipal Program (12:00 Noon to 2:30PM)

• Facilitated budget discussion
• Data collected on county budget trends and assumptions will be shared
