The North Carolina Department of Commerce, International Trade Division (ITD), in partnership with the Appalachian Regional Commission will be hosting a workshop on April 16, 2014 at Forsyth Tech's Small Business Center to focus on small businesses and organizations looking to sell their products in international markets.

The workshop will consist of a customized look at innovative businesses located in the Appalachian Region and will allow any business the opportunity to learn about what is done at ITD, discuss their business goals relating to exporting, and connect them with an ITD Business Manager to further develop an export action plan.  Small businesses looking to export their products should make plans to attend this free event. 

The PTRC works with ARC initiatives in Davie, Forsyth, Stokes, Surry, and Yadkin Counties.
