On Wednesday, March 16, 2016, the State Historic Preservation Office, Graham Historic Resources Commission, Burlington Preservation Commission, and Alamance County Historic Properties Commission will co-host a workshop on the new North Carolina Historic Preservation Tax Credits, which went into effect on January 1, 2016.
The workshop will begin at 6 PM and will be held at the Co|Operative, at 200 N. Main Street in Graham. All contributing properties in a National Register-listed historic district are potentially eligible for these tax credits and the owner(s) of these properties are cordially invited to attend this workshop to learn more about the program.
