The Surry County Housing Consortium has prepared the HUD Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) as required by federal regulations. The report details project accomplishments as well as expenditures throughout the period July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017 for the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program. The purpose of the report is to measure to what extent the Consortium is meeting priority needs, goals and strategies as outlined in the 2015-2019 Consolidated Plan.
A 10-day public comment period on the report is September 1 – 12, 2017. The hearing will take place on September 12, 2017 in the Davie County Administration Building at 123 S Main St. Mocksville, NC 27028. The public hearing starts at 11:00 a.m. Comments on the report may be forwarded to Rebecca Ashby, Piedmont Triad Regional Council, 1398 Carrollton Crossing Dr., Kernersville, NC 27284 or emailed to rashby@ptrc.org. Copies of the draft CAPER are available at the Piedmont Triad Regional Council and electronically by email if requested.
