The Northwest Piedmont Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) consists of officials from local and state governmental agencies directly related to and concerned with  the transportation planning process.  The TAC meets every other month following the Technical Coordinating Committee (TCC) meeting which is made up of technical representatives of local and state government agencies directly related to the transportation goals of the Northwest Piedmont Rural Planning Organization.
