The High Point Convention and Visitors Bureau is located at 1634 North Main Street, inside the Chamber of Commerce Building.  You will turn on State Street  from Main Street and pass the building.  An overflow parking lot will be on the left, past the Wells Fargo bank parking lot and across from Spectrum.  You will come in the entrance where the awning reads High Point Convention and Visitors Bureau and Visitors Center.  We will be directed to the board room once inside. 

The agenda for the day is as follows:

 11:00 Hanna Cockburn will present on the emerging issues around alternate transportation like scooters, rental bikes, etc. Hanna is the Director of Bicycle and Pedestrian Transportation Division at the North Carolina Department of Transportation.

 We will have time for discussion and sharing of ideas about this developing issue.

 Over lunch at 12:00, Nancy Bowman will share what the Welcome High Point Committee has done from a local standpoint and also talk about the Piedmont Triad Destination Organization and its efforts with the website and makers trails.
