The meeting location rotates between the Walnut Cove, Danbury, and King Public Libraries.

Committee generally meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 1 pm.

Meetings in January, March and April will be at the Danbury Public Library.

Meetings in May, June and August will be at the Walnut Cove Public Library.

Meetings in September, October and November will be at the King Public Library.
