A mini-workshop will be held on Thursday, Oct 17, hosted by the NC Community Development Association and the PTRC.  This will be an informal opportunity to understand what Community Development encompasses -- Housing, Workforce, Planning, Economic Development, etc. -- and also to learn more about HUD's CDBG and HOME programs.
