In February 2023 the PTRC Planning Department kicked off the Graham 2035 Comprehensive Plan Update.  PTRC will hold several steering committee meetings, public meetings, and a community survey over the next few months. 

This plan will serve as a long range guide for growth and development.  State general statues require local governments to have a land use plan with an established zoning ordinance.
